By accessing, registering for, or using Hire Pulse AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Account Roles & User Responsibilities

Hire Pulse operates role-based accounts (Job Seeker, Recruiter, Admin):

• Job Seekers: Responsible for ensuring that submitted resumes contain accurate, truthful professional history and qualifications.
• Recruiters: Responsible for posting accurate job specifications and conducting non-discriminatory hiring evaluations.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. ATS Compatibility & AI Suggestions Disclaimer

Hire Pulse provides algorithmic ATS match evaluations and AI improvement suggestions based on standard industry heuristics:

• ATS scores (0–100%) represent automated heuristic assessments and do not guarantee interview callback or job placement.
• AI suggestions generated by OpenAI models are advisory recommendations. Users should review and verify all generated resume bullets for accuracy before export.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hire Pulse AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, ATS parser output, or recruitment decisions made by third-party recruiters.
